We are a family-owned yet professionally managed vertically integrated textiles manufacturer based in Surat. Established in 2000, the business has since grown from fabric processing to a complete made-up solution for institutional and home textiles. We are proud to have established ourselves as a trusted supplier of high quality fabrics and linen to prominent hotel groups, hotel suppliers and export houses across India and abroad. We take pride in our state-of-the-art facility, spanning 150,000 square feet, which allows us to handle every step of the manufacturing process. From weaving and fabric processing to stitching and quilting, our integrated setup ensures efficiency and consistency. He is the founder of the group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the Textiles industry. Coming from chemicals industry, his strong technical focus has imbibed within the company a culture of R&D and efficiency.

Pranjul Jain

Director

He has been instrumental in company's recent growth, more than doubling the company's topline in last few years. He currently leads Sales, Marketing & Product Development efforts.

Business Head

With over 26 years of experience in commissioning and heading some of Indias biggest textile plants of Trident, Welspun & Himatsingka, he is the backbone of our operations and production.

Our Infrastructure

WEAVING

We source Cotton, Poly-cotton and Polyester yarn/greige from reputed mills in India and have a contracted weaving setup of 62 water-jet looms and 30 Air-jet/Sulzer looms.

PROCESSING

Cotton and polyester processing and dyeing(singeing, mercerising, bleaching and dyeing jiggers and jets, drying range and stenter, calendaring, peaching) up to 330 cms.

STITCHING

Equipped with a small set-up of Juki sewing machines, including zig-zag and overlock, our sewing complements our processing for clients who require made-up products.

QUILTING

High RPM and precise single needle quilting set-up, using poly-fill wadding and also open fiber using our in-house blow-fill and vacuum setup.

LABORATORY

Our in house laboratory is equipped with sophisticated instruments for testing of various physical and chemical parameters from yarn to finished fabric.
